Drone Show Illuminates “333” Drag Race Award Ceremony

The 333 drag race competition was an opportunity to experience the taste of drag racing, seeing how cars with different capacities are performing - from simple street cars to powerful PRO class cars. But most noticeably, its award ceremony was lightened up with a drone show - a trendy format of a night outdoor event in 2020. 50 drones, managed by SPH Engineering’s Drone Show Software, formed various 3D formations reshaping and impressing.

‘We are proud to see that outdoor event planners of Latvian “333”, famous for various types of extreme rides and races, opted for a brand new for them form of night entertainment. We customised the show programme including race-related formations illuminating the night sky to make it appealing for the specific audience of race visitors’, Alexey Dobrovolsky, CTO at SPHEngineering, comments.

The drone show formation choreography and drone route preparation in animation software was done by the leading company for drone choreography creation in the world BaseMotion.  The filming and video editing of the event was made by the talented team of production company VIVIDMAR.
